CONTRACT Data Privacy Analyst
- Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law, with practical experience applying legal requirements to business activities
- Meaningful experience supporting marketing and consumer privacy, including consumer-facing privacy, privacy notices, consents/cookies, DSARs, and marketing-related privacy considerations
- Experience conducting and supporting privacy assessments (e.g., DPIAs, ROPAs, or similar), reviewing data use cases (including marketing-related use), and translating legal requirements into practical guidance for the business
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (not limited to U.S. privacy only) and understanding how different privacy laws impact business processes
- Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage privacy issues with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Comfortable partnering with business stakeholders and providing clear, pragmatic privacy guidance
- Familiarity with privacy program operations (e.g., privacy intake workflows, or privacy tooling such as OneTrust or similar platforms)
