Talent & Engagement Specialist

- Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, conducting interviews and guiding the offer process
- Onboarding & New Hire Experience: Lead onboarding sessions, welcome communications and first week logistics
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Maintain and manage the company’s LMS, including uploading courses and tracking employee completion.
- Internal Communications: Develop and distribute the monthly HR newsletter and internal communications related to programs, policy updates and company culture initiatives
- Culture & Engagement: Lead company Culture Ambassador program; champion the organization’s values, acting as a culture steward and partner in driving engagement, inclusion and a sense of belonging.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Support special projects such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and benefit communication campaigns.
- Build and maintain a resource training and development library by ensuring that resources are available.
- Provide support and backup for other HR functions as needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Canva, and Outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Paycom preferred)
- Experience with Presentation Software (Canva preferred), Learning Management Systems (Paycom a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Human Resource and/or Learning and Development experience with experience creating training programs and delivering content.
- Strong written communication and content development skills with and ability to communicate effectively to all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and/or implementation of new processes, initiatives, and programs.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated passion for workplace culture, employee experience and engagement.
