ExxonMobil is based out of the Houston Area in Spring, Texas. We are accepting applications for our 2026 full-time opportunities for various business and commercial roles within Finance, Low Carbon Solutions, Upstream, Global Trading, Supply Chain, Procurement, Real Estate and Land, Product Solutions, and Human Resources.
 

About You

We seek students who are passionate about what they do and are eager to learn more about the energy industry. Students with strong academic performance in core programs, leadership, and communication skills pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the following business and commercial disciplines are encouraged to apply:

Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Energy Management / Commerce, Trading, Risk and Investment, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, Data Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Illinois Equal Pay Act

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 base salary ($/year).

We offer you:

• Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
• Savings Plan: You can contribute between 6% and 20% of your pay and are encouraged to enroll right away. If you contribute at least 6% to your savings plan, the Company will contribute a 7% match.
• Workplace Flexibility: We have several programs such as “Flex your Day”, providing ad-hoc flexibility around when and where you work, as well as longer-term programs such as leaves of absence and part-time work.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
