Clinicians with experience in Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, Dialysis, or Nephrology are especially encouraged to apply.

What Your Role Looks Like

You’ll enjoy a flexible and dynamic schedule that may include:

  • Rounding at local dialysis centers

  • Daytime hospital coverage

  • Outpatient clinic visits

You’ll collaborate closely with a team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who are committed to delivering personalized, expert kidney care from hospital treatment to transplant support to long-term dialysis management.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should bring:

  • A master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program

  • Strong competencies in advanced assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and pharmacotherapeutics

  • Ability to evaluate patient health, conduct exams, take medical histories, and develop evidence-based care plans

  • Commitment to accurate, confidential medical documentation

  • A passion for improving outcomes and enhancing patient quality of life

New graduates are welcome! Training is provided!

Benefits

  • Base salary: Competitive

  • Bonus: 10% of net collections

  • Paid Time Off: 12 PTO days your first year + 5 sick days
