Position overview:

We are seeking a Client Advocate/Medical Sales Representative- Austin, TX. This position does involve sales, as the client advocate will be working to enroll patients in HRT, Medical Weight Loss, skin therapy, etc..

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on available services and treatment plans.

• Provide personalized support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty.

• Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and maintain accurate client records.

• Track client progress and maintain engagement through regular check-ins.

• Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to improve retention rates.

• Identify client needs and promote relevant services to maximize value.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, client retention, or patient advocacy (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetics).

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Experience or familiarity with HRT is a must.

• Proficiency in CRM software and scheduling tools is a plus.
