Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the team.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with the industrial machinery industry is a plus.
