Hypercare Agent (Telecom)

Akkodis is seeking a Hypercare Agent (Telecom) for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You will serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution during the decommissioning phase, ensuring smooth transition and timely troubleshooting.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Hypercare Agent (Telecom) job responsibilities include:

• Support post-deployment activities during the decommissioning phase.

• Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution and stakeholder queries.

• Monitor and manage hypercare activities to ensure smooth transition.

• Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.

• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.

• Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure timely escalation when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years in hypercare or post-implementation support roles.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with experience in issue resolution during transitions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; familiarity with telecom or IT systems preferred.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $53.00 per hour
