Position Summary:
As the Account Coordinator you will develop industry knowledge and skills to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You will work alongside experienced team members as you learn the business. Through hands on learning, you will gain the knowledge, skills and abilities to make client-related decisions independently.
Position Details:
- Remote anywhere in Texas
- Must have experience working in or with the public sector (government, city, county, municipality, etc.)
- Monday - Friday 8-5pm
- Travel required about 25%
- Pay starting at $70K/yr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Client Manager
- You learn and support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a flawless renewal process and help our team retain business
- We will guide you about Gallagher’s vast network of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materials
- We assist Client Service Managers with the preparation of RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and build client presentations
- You observe how to optimally present in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and reply to clients via email

Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years related experience in group benefits (priority if worked in Public and Labor side)
- Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Life & Health License (we will get you licensed if you do not have your license)
