OverviewJoin our Houston, TX office as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Gallagher. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to start a career in the insurance industry, a field known for its stability and growth potential. You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our colleagues and visitors while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service.
How you'll make an impactAs a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. You'll greet colleagues and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed. You'll manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle bank deposits, and keep our reception area organized and inviting.
Your role will also include managing conference room reservations and providing administrative support to our Client Service Teams when needed. Every day, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our office and help create a positive environment for everyone.
About YouYou're a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for clear, professional communication. You're comfortable using technology to stay organized and efficient, and you take pride in working independently to get things done.
While no prior experience is required, a high school diploma is a must. If you're open to obtaining an insurance license, we'll support you every step of the way. Previous experience in client service management is a plus, and a strong sense of business acumen will help you thrive in this role.

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
