Strategic Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager (Major Projects Solutions Manager)to join Veyor , a fast-growing delivery management SaaS company transforming how large-scale construction and infrastructure projects are coordinated.
Based in Austin, Texas , this role will lead strategic customer engagement across Civil Infrastructure and Major Facilities segments in the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success , you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to some of the largest construction and building owners globally.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to scale customer success initiatives, improve solution adoption, and turn customers into long-term advocates. As the senior-most Customer Success professional in the U.S., this role also offers a clear path into regional leadership and people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic and enterprise customers.
- Leading customer implementation, deployment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Driving product adoption by monitoring usage, addressing challenges, and reducing churn.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to create advocates and references.
- Identifying expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Conducting regular customer check-ins, project reviews, and success planning sessions.
- Collaborating closely with Product teams to provide customer feedback and improve regional product fit.
- Coordinating with global support and operations teams to maintain service standards.
- Contributing ideas to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Coaching and guiding internal teams on product best practices and customer insights.
Ideal Candidate
- You have 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- You have strong background in project management , customer onboarding, user training, and solution design.
- You have hands-on experience with CRM, business intelligence, customer feedback, and project management tools .
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess proven ability to establish processes, best practices, and operational standards.
- You are experienced in managing or coaching teams , with the ability to operate in a player-coach capacity.
- Experience or familiarity with construction, logistics, safety, infrastructure, or facilities management is highly preferred.
- You are customer-obsessed, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure success.
