The Minimum Qualifications to be a Batchman include:
- 1+ year experience running a Ready Mix Batch Plant preferred
- Must be willing to keep assigned Plant/Equipment clean
- Must be able to pass a Physical
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass a verification of driving record, MVR
- Must be willing to travel to different Ready Mix Plants as needed
- Must be able to work overtime when required, to include nights and weekends
- Must be willing to perform general labor duties when necessary
