As a Real Estate Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of real estate transactions and legal matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough review and negotiation of leases
- Preparation of seller finance documents
- Handling residential and commercial evictions
- Providing legal counsel on various real estate matters
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Strong understanding of transactional real estate law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
