Dupuy Group is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to help oversee the Houston Facilities and equipment.

What you will be working on:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance at all Dupuy Houston locations, including facilities and maintaining all equipment. Supervising daily tasks of all maintenance employees on site, monitoring projects, and new installs.

• Scheduling and assigning daily work tasks.
• Supervise Maintenance staff to daily task completion, including performing maintenance work.
• Coordinate with Maintenance staff for Fleet Maintenance needs.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, including cycle counts, location layouts and organizations.
• Oversee 3rd party contractor work.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• 5 years of Plant Maintenance Experience
• Broad knowledge base of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication and Forklifts.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Including CMMS maintenance software.
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills; ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driver's license required
• Current TWIC card or ability to obtain is required
• Must be able to operate a forklift
