Focused on supporting SCRUM ceremonies and implement SAFe Agile principles with Product Teams.

Own, manage and administer the IT Budget process, with continous monitoring, tracking and reporting as well as implement improvements.

The Scrum Master provides the following:

• Support to the development (Scrum) team in the implementation and further development of agile processes.
• Continuously identify areas of improvements and opportunities to apply agile best practices into daily team activities.
• Ensuring the visibility of the delivery status.
• Moderation of all Scrum meetings and content design of the Sprint retrospective.

Task Description / Performance Expectations

Time %

• Prepares and facilitates initiation kick off
• Setting up PI Planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
• Product backlog grooming and estimation
• Keep the project board up to date, provides team members with authorized story cards
• Encouraging collaboration within the Product Team 40%
• Be the custodian for the IT Budget Master sheet and supporting artifacts
• Daily review of changes to budget line items, escalation wherever deemed necessary
• Use BEELINE, SAP and C4MB for reconciliation of dates, amounts and invoices
• Prepare dashboards for plan vs actual, variance and trend analysis, forecast and projections
• Weekly and mnthly meetings with IT Managers for dashboard reviews 40 %
• Produce, analyze, and maintain team metrics, including velocity, to provide visibility to management
• Help the team maintain their burndown chart 10%
• Facilitate an established series of key meetings including daily stand ups
• Facilitate meeting cadence for IT Budget tracking and monitoring 10%

Foster communication and productive relationships with Product Owners Daily

IT Leader / Senior Scrum Master

Produce, analyze, and maintain team metrics, including velocity, to provide visibility to management and assist in release planning.

Support to identify necessary changes and improvements to the team or project. Weekly

Qualifikationen

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will be provided for this position.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

• Information Technology - Genral (1 year)

High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:

• Information Technology

Additional Knowledge:

• SAFe know how preferred
• Good MS Excel skills is a must.
• MS Project is a plus
