- Career development focus – Comprehensive training and ongoing support for professional growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management :
- Prepare and present detailed quotes within 24 hours of consultations.
- Guide clients through product selection and decision-making process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and follow up on pending quotes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through relationship-based selling.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through quality service delivery.
What You Bring:
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years in consultative sales (home improvement, luxury goods, or in-home sales preferred).
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of custom design solutions.
- Experience building relationships with clients making significant purchases.

- Ability to carry samples and measuring equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Window covering industry certification.
- CAD software experience.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English).
Success Profile:
You're a great fit for this role if you:
- Enjoy consultative sales - You prefer building relationships and understanding client needs over high-pressure tactics
- Have an eye for design - You appreciate aesthetics and enjoy helping people improve their living spaces
- Are technology-curious - Learning new systems like motorization technology interests you
