Data Analyst
Hayward Roofing is a fast-growing roofing company focused on operational excellence, data-driven decisions, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to help us turn data into insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

What You’ll Do
Collect, clean, and analyze operational, sales, marketing, and financial data
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (leads, conversion rates, revenue, job costs, etc.)
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
Analyze marketing performance (ROI, cost per lead, conversion metrics)
Forecast revenue and performance metrics
Improve reporting systems and automate recurring reports
Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
