Barry Insurance Group is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, build a long-term career, and earn strong income based on effort and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, willing to learn, and motivated by goals and growth . You’ll help generate new business by building relationships, setting appointments, networking in the community, and connecting with potential clients through a variety of outreach methods.

This is an in-office position based in Pearland, TX.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, community events, and other outreach efforts
• Set appointments with prospective clients for insurance consultations
• Build relationships and maintain communication with potential customers
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
• Track activity and stay organized throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the team to hit individual and company goals
• Continue learning about insurance products, sales techniques, and client communication

Compensation & Growth

We offer flexible compensation structures based on experience and fit:

• Base salary + commission option
• Commission-only with uncapped earning potential
