This role is ideal for someone who excels at keeping operations running smoothly and has hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments. You will serve as a key coordination point, ensuring materials and information move accurately and efficiently throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities for materials, products, and supplies
• Communicate regularly with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure workflow alignment
• Plan and schedule pickups and deliveries with a focus on cost-effectiveness and timely execution
• Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot delays, and implement proactive resolutions
• Maintain accurate inventory data and update internal tracking systems
• Prepare shipping documentation, including customs paperwork when required
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support logistics planning and operational needs

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency with logistics platforms and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels, including executives and customers.
• Skilled in conflict resolution with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Experienced in working with unions and resolving disputes.
• Excellent planning and resource allocation abilities.
