We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (Med Tech) to join our dynamic laboratory team. 
**Job Summary:**
 As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and monitoring diseases by performing laboratory tests on patient samples. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results, contributing to patient care and clinical decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare. 
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluid analyses, following standard operating procedures. 
- Collect, label, and process patient samples in accordance with established protocols. 
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. 
- Analyze test results and communicate findings promptly to the appropriate medical staff. 
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory tests and equipment. 
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including test results and quality control measures. 
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times. 
- Participate in quality assurance programs and assist in maintaining laboratory accreditation. 
- Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and practices. 
**Qualifications:**
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
- National certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from an accredited body (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent). 
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required. 
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results. 
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
