Panel Assembler/Wireman

The Panel Assembler/Wireman is responsible for assembling and wiring panels and subassemblies to ensure the highest quality industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented worker with a strong focus on safety and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling and wiring equipment by studying instructions, blueprints, and power wiring diagrams

• Installing and modifying related components according to job order specifications and standards

• Routing wiring efficiently to minimize material loss while labeling and tagging all components accurately

• Maintaining a safe and clean work area while documenting production and quality actions on required forms

• Operating forklifts and hand tools (drills, cutters, crimpers) to transport and prep materials

• Working in varied industrial conditions including exposure to heat, noise, and airborne particles

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience; electrical wiring experience is preferred

• Must be able to read blueprints, calculate quantities, and use a variety of manual and power tools

• Must meet physical demands including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work productively in a team environment

• Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and steel-toed boots
