This is a hands-on, highly visible role working directly with customers and internal engineering teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Directly lead and manage a team of 7-10 Field Techs.
• Provide coaching, structure, accountability, and field support.
• Oversee deployments, troubleshooting, and operational escalations.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) and wireless systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, solutions engineers, sales, marketing, and customer teams.
• Travel domestically 20–30% to support customer sites.
• Maintain professionalism and leadership presence in a high-growth, evolving environment.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of recent, direct people management experience (must currently be managing a team).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership over field technicians or technical service teams.
• Strong RF / wireless technical background.
• Experience in telecom, robotics, wireless infrastructure, or hardware-driven environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, constantly changing environments.
• Technically sharp but strong with people across all levels — from field techs to executive stakeholders.
• Military backgrounds often align well with the discipline and execution style of the team.
• Background in robotics, telecom, hardware, or similar technological environments is highly attractive.

Work Model: Hybrid role based in Plano, TX with 20-30% domestic travel – must be local to the DFW metro area!
