Position Overview
We’re hiring a Mechanical Designer with a strong focus on HVAC systems and advanced Revit skills to support residential and commercial design projects. This is a fully in-office position based in Dallas and ideal for someone who enjoys cross-functional work, collaborative environments, and hands-on project involvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout HVAC systems using Revit for residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and PMs to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
- Assist with plumbing system design and layout (a plus but not required).
- Attend project coordination meetings and adapt to evolving design needs.
- Work closely with other disciplines and contribute to team-wide project success.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical (HVAC) design.
- Proficiency in Revit is required .
- Knowledge of plumbing systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, layout, and equipment selection.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Dallas, TX.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000–$95,000+ (DOE)
