Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support for products or services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking shelves and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, privacy, and security protocols.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
