GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW

Management of US Import and Export customers to maintain account status to be in a good order, assisting for issuing freight invoices in a timely manner and accurately, collection of outstanding within payment term, resolve rate disputes for customers and supporting daily operations of releasing import cargos & export B/Ls within LFD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Management and collection of outstanding in customer account (VIP and all credit accounts)
• Verify vendor invoices for payment
• Process weekly statement
• Resolve issues regarding payment and billing to customers
• Creation of invoices
• Posting & Filing of customer payments
• Data entry associate with import freights release
• Effective communication with superior and other departments and overseas in problem solving

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalency or college degree will be helpful.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management and collections would be preferable.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge in Import and Export shipping industry can be a plus.
