Job Description
This position manages and directs the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members and other resources to achieve revenue goals, resident retention and leasing goals.
What your day might look like
Create & execute marketing strategies and establish sales activities for leasing team ; generate leads
Oversee the lease renewal program; communicating and notifying residents and assisting with move-outs
Review and analyze financial reports and resolve issuing impacting leasing performance
Prepare leasing documentation and complete move-in procedures
Supervises leasing team to ensure goals are met; this includes hiring, training and performance management
What we are looking for
Previous property management /leasing experience is required, fee management preferred
Demonstrated ability in executing sales skills, generating leads and sales presentations
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Yardi /OneSite software
Proven supervisory skills to hire, lead, direct, and evaluate team members
Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively

Pay range for this positron is $20.50 - $21.50
Additional Compensation :
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
