- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage inventory of supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Stay informed about all services offered to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
