Assistant Manager

RocketFast! Car Wash is looking for an excited go-getter to be the smiling face of our sales program. Do you enjoy working outside and interacting with customers? This is the place for you!
You will assist the Site Manager with overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, staffing, equipment, and site maintenance, sales, and wash volume, quality, and performance.

Job Duties:

• Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).
• Assist the Site Manager with overall site operation.
• Strive to surpass customer expectations.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims.
• Maintain incident reports for all accidents reported at the store while the manager is off-duty.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and the termination process of team members.
• Train and coach the wash team frequently to emulate company safety, customer relations, wash procedures, and to comply with all company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as requested.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Assist in the management of chemical and vending inventory.
• Interact with suppliers as needed.
• Perform equipment maintenance procedures as scheduled.
• Repair equipment (or coordinate repair) as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.
• Enforce safety standards.
• Maintain budgeted operational costs.
• Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.
• Comply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

• $45,000 annual salary
• Monthly sales bonuses
• Commission on all sales
