Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Weekend coverage required with 6 shifts per 6-week period. Patient ratio 1:2. 12-hour orientation provided.

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical ICU with 16 beds and a daily census of 14 patients
• Work with a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and physical therapy
• Epic charting system utilized for documentation
• Float based on schedule with opportunities across critical care units
• 91-day assignment with one pre-approved time off period available
• Specialized equipment experience including CRRT (NXXT Stage)

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 2-3 patients
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
