CDL-A Truck Driver Home Weekly 1500-1600 /wk

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A over-the-road drivers for long-haul assignments. The role offers competitive mileage pay with a weekly performance bonus, modern automatic tractors, and reliable home-time options.

• Compensation: $0.50–$0.65 per mile depending on experience and domicile, plus a $0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weekly. Estimated typical weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,600 based on mileage and bonus.
• Average weekly mileage: Approximately 2,500 miles.
• Home time / schedule: Weekly or bi-weekly options with a 34–48 hour reset; typically one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty.
• Equipment & freight: 2022–2025 automatic Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors; primarily dry van, no-touch freight; approximately 70% drop-and-hook operations.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Execute assigned over-the-road routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logging device (ELD) logs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentation for all loads.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer locations regarding schedules, delays, and delivery confirmations.
• Follow company procedures for fuel management, routing, and on-road safety practices.
• Complete required paperwork and transport documentation accurately and timely.
• Support safe, efficient operations by cooperating with maintenance and safety teams and participating in required training.

Minimum qualifications:

• One of the following experience options:
  • At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months; or
  • 6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months; or
  • 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
