Production Clerk
Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for a Production Clerk to work day shift to perform a variety of clerical tasks to support the basic needs of the Production department and plant functions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain daily and weekly attendance, reporting and scheduling within Proliant.
- Assist with the Scheduler to ensure staffing levels align with production.
- Assist with temporary employees, attendance and communication while on LSB property.
- Coordinate daily paperwork for Line Equipment Operators and Leads and conduct random audits.
- Maintain equipment inventory and audit records for thermometers, knives, and tablets.
- Organize safety meeting scheduling and attendance as well as weekly tailgates.
- Assist new employees with department requirements by using documentation provided by HR and Safety
- Assist with other projects as needed.

- Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability with respect to changing work environments and expectations.
- Ability to work with a team to create effective departmental strategies
