Overview

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions | Contract

Location : Nacogdoches, TX; Salary : $250,000 annually; Shifts : 7am - 3pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; Case Types : Ophthalmology, 15-20 cases a day on average; 3-day work week .

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join a team in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas (currently, or willing to obtain).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in ophthalmology cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Malpractice and tail coverage.
• 3-day work week.
• Support from Corporate Clinical Leader.
