Intake Paralegal

Our client, a full-service litigation firm with offices in Texas, New York, and California, specializing in toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and catastrophic injury cases is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to join their intake team, supporting personal injury, mass tort, and wrongful death matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with asbestos case intake, client communication, contract preparation, and court filings. Responsibilities include managing intake files, supporting intake attorneys, maintaining case data, drafting petitions and complaints, calculating statutes of limitations, and handling e-filing across multiple jurisdictions. Strong organizational skills and litigation experience are essential.
