About the Marketing Team

Our Marketing Team plays a crucial role in shaping our brand, generating demand, and engaging both new and existing clients. We develop compelling campaigns, manage digital strategies, and create high-impact content that communicates the value of our platform. About the Role

We're looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.

This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making. You'll lead a talented marketing team, collaborate closely with sales and product teams, and ensure that our messaging resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Strategy - Lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Team Leadership - Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team (10-15 people), fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Brand Positioning & Storytelling - Build and expand our brand presence through creative storytelling, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.
Product Launches & Growth Initiatives - Spearhead new product feature launches and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Budget Management - Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Industry Insights - Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
Executive Reporting - Present marketing performance, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and brand management.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
A creative storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and growing teams.
A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience leading marketing efforts at a growth-stage company.
Previous experience working with mission-driven clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 per year.
Remote Work: This role is available for candidates residing in select U.S. states.
