Commercial Property Manager - Retail

Foresite Commercial Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Property Manager - Retail to oversee our retail properties and ensure their optimal performance. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, enhancing tenant relationships, and maintaining the overall profitability of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of retail properties, including tenant management and property maintenance
• Develop and manage annual budgets, and forecast property performance
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and provide high-quality service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and local regulations
• Coordinate property inspections and implement necessary improvements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, ideally in the retail sector
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
