Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is sought to support elementary-level students in an educational setting in Round Rock, TX. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide vital speech and language support to K-12 students, with an emphasis on serving a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students with speech and communication disorders
• Work with students across K-12 multiple grade levels, primarily within an elementary school environment
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to enhance communication and therapy outcomes
• Document student progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust interventions

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA license is required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for effective bilingual communication
• Experience working in school-based speech-language services or healthcare settings is preferred
