Strategic Finance & Treasury Specialist (FIN-SFT)
Established in 2022, Hexa Property Management is a Houston-based property management company specializing in residential properties. We manage a growing portfolio of apartment communities and rental units, focusing on maximizing property value while delivering exceptional customer care.

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategic Finance & Treasury Specialist to drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will optimize cash flow, analyze financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and capital allocation to ensure long-term profitability and stability.
How We Work:
This is a full-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Morning shift: 8 AM – 12 PM
- Evening shift: 8 PM – 12 AM
- Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
What You Will Do
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
- Move cash between different accounts to optimize financial efficiency and maximize returns.
- Ensure proper allocation of funds to meet business needs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial models for short- and long-term planning.
- Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow to guide business strategy.
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis.
- Assess market trends, investment opportunities, and expansion initiatives.
- Optimize working capital for sustainable growth.
Tax & Insurance Planning
- Guide tax-efficient investment strategies and deductions.
- Recommend suitable insurance policies for life, health, disability, and long-term care.
- Assist in minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing returns.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics; OR 3-7 years of experience in financial planning or corporate finance.
- Certification: CFA, FPAC and FMVA preferred
- Language & Communication: Fluent English with solid understanding of finance terminology.
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
- Technical Background: Strong in investment analysis and strategic finance; Expertise in cash flow management and financial forecasting; Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency; Knowledge of banking operations and investment strategies; Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)

- Optimize cash flow and account balances to maximize efficiency and returns
- Deliver accurate financial forecasts and models for decision-making
- Identify risks, scenarios, and growth opportunities proactively
- Apply tax-efficient and insurance strategies to protect value and minimize risk
