**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Help with the setup and teardown of work sites and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and safety awareness.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a construction or labor setting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary.
