Recruiter
Tesla is looking for a highly motivated High Volume Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our manufacturing, service, energy, skilled trades, internship, and other high-throughput hiring teams. A great recruiter excels at talent identification, attraction, and assessment while building deep partnerships with the business and within HR. You will thrive at Tesla by balancing flexibility and efficiency, project management, and influence. We are seeking a creative thinker who takes a non-traditional approach to identifying excellent talent and has a deep passion for Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated and accountable, and have the drive to manage a demanding high-volume workload in a fast-paced team environment. What You'll Do Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements, advise on hiring strategy, and support workforce planning needs Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates to assess candidate fit and skills, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent across multiple roles and locations Shepherd time and resources effectively while keeping business partners up to speed on a regular basis, leveraging data where appropriate Use a variety of techniques to discover, attract, and engage candidates while finding creative ways to capture attention during initial outreach Maintain an expert-level understanding of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows in an environment that frequently changes What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment, from either a corporate or agency background Demonstrated experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple requisitions simultaneously Proven ability to provide an excellent experience to candidates and hiring partners throughout the recruiting process Ability to effectively communicate and sell candidates on the importance of each role to Tesla's mission A sense of urgency with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Experience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS and other recruiting tools Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, with a combination of corporate and agency experience preferred Benefits
