Dental Practice Manager
POSITION: Practice Manager- San Antonio TX
SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a single-location dental office. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee day-to-day operations, support both clinical and administrative staff, and ensure a positive experience for patients and team members alike.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a dental office manager.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing.
- Experience with CurveHero software preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility).
- Pay: $25–$30/hour + monthly bonus potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations for front and back office teams.
- Manage scheduling, phone systems, and patient flow.
- Verify insurance, prepare treatment plans, and present financial options.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, payment posting, and reporting.
- Track production, collections, and monthly performance metrics.
- Manage supplies, budgets, and lab cases.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and support team members.
- Conduct staff meetings, manage scheduling, and assist with payroll.
- Resolve patient, staff, and provider concerns professionally.
