Contract Specialist III
Job Title: Contract Specialist III Location: Houston TX. No remote option. Zip Code: 77042 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $48.67 to $60/hr. Position Overview:
- Solicitation, negotiation, award, and post award administration of Information Technology Software contracts.
- Executing day-to-day procurement activities, mainly focusing on negotiating and executing contracts in support of the Information Technology Software team, including but not limited to:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 10 years experience negotiating IT Software contracts (Masters, SOW"s, NDA"s, POC"s, etc.)
- Procurement experience in the energy industry
- Proficient in SAP and Icertis.
- Advanced understanding of IT Software Buying Channels (OEM, Resellers, Etc.)
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions.
