This is a commission-based role with serious income potential—top recruiters earn between $600 to $2,000+ biweekly !

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Scout and approach potential models and talent in person at events, malls, social spots, etc.

• Conduct in-person meetings to introduce them to the agency

• Sell them on the opportunity to be represented by Bazaar Model Management

• Track leads and follow up with potential recruits

• Help launch careers in modeling, acting, and media campaigns

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Social, outgoing, and confident—comfortable approaching strangers
✔ A natural at conversation and persuasion
✔ Passionate about fashion, people, and discovering beauty
✔ Bilingual is a plus , but not required
✔ Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not mandatory

Compensation:

Commission-Based
Biweekly earnings range from $600 – $2,000+
Top earners exceed $4,000/month!
