Front Office Assistant
Therapedia, LLC is seeking a kind, welcoming, and organized team member to represent our Keller pediatric therapy clinic. This role is the friendly face at our front desk, greeting families with a smile and helping keep our clinic running smoothly.
Previous experience in a front desk or medical office setting is a plus but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include:- Greeting patients and families and checking them in.
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments for a multi-therapist team.
- Completing patient intake paperwork.
- Communicating with referral sources and clinic team members.
- Accepting and processing patient payments.
- Verifying insurance benefits.
Therapedia LLC is a therapist owned Pediatric Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy Center based in Keller, Texas. In January 2023, our second location opened in Justin, Tx. We have been serving the community since 2004 and are committed to helping children receive the specialized help that they need to succeed. We operate with a highly integrated team approach.
