Regional Field Service Manager Texas
What are we looking for
At Cosentino () we are looking for a Regional Field Service Manage r to join our National Account team in our Central Region (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming )- who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do
As a National Account Regional Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing Cosentino National Account Retailers fabricator network in their region. He or she will be responsible for the overall fabricator performance including proactive management to drive both Cosentino Lowe’s program sales and service. The manager will be responsible for ensuring an optimal working relationship with both National Account Retailers field management and Cosentino market operators. This fabricator manager evaluates coaches and trains National Account Retailers Fabricators to ensure optimal performance. The manager will create, manage, and monitor plans for improvement with existing fabricators, and create transitions to new fabricators when required. The individual is National Account Retailers account leader responsible for executing Cosentino / National Account Retailers corporate objectives with field operations to ensure success in the account. This position has a high level of responsibility, and the individual must be a self-starter, both a task and big-picture visionary, and can work with both internal team members and external customer accounts to ensure success.
- Build and own local market relationships between National Account Retailers field teams, Cosentino market directors, and Fabricator partners. High emphasis on education to National Account Retailers Field management on what Cosentino can do to help their business.
- Manage the program fabricators in their region to ensure program success in sales and service.
- Educate, Coach, Train and communicate both National Account Retailers and Cosentino policies and procedures along with best practices to ensure optimal performance
- Execute monthly and quarterly business reviews with installation partners, National Account Retailers field teams, and Cosentino market directors
- Coaching existing installation companies including implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans, Removal of underperforming installation companies, and Onboarding of new program installation companies
- Assist in the coordination of store associate training with National Account Retailers Field management and Cosentino National Account Retailers fabricators
- Resolve customer complaints stemming from product or installation challenges in your region
- Execute objectives as assigned by National Service Manager
What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
Required
- Proven experience working within the Stone fabrication industry and major national retail chains.
Knowledge
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the natural stone and installation service industry
- Understanding or experience of selling processes within Major retail accounts (s). Home Center is a plus.
Desired
- ERP SAP
- General understanding of Business and Law exams related to state licensing for remodeling
- Familiarity with general trade requirements within the remodeling industry.
- Willingness and capability to take state licensing exams for the Countertop Services category, including Business, Law, and Trade sections.
Academical Background
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or field related

Wage Range:
The Starting salary range for this position is 85K- 95K base annually.
Factors that may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award (Bonus) , depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.
Paid time off:
Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
