F&I Manager

Are you an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive industry? If you're passionate about customer service, have a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and enjoy mentoring others, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do
Work with customers to finalize financing and insurance options
Generate finance income on all vehicle sales
Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete for cash, finance, or loan transactions
Secure approvals from banks and lenders for financing and leasing deals
Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers
Promote and sell extended warranties, credit life insurance, and additional protection products
Assist with cancellations and other post-sale financial matters

A strong closer who can confidently guide customers through the financing process
An F&I professional with excellent knowledge of leasing, loan structures, and compliance regulations
A team player who can train and support new talent
A detail-oriented individual who ensures accurate and efficient contract completion
