Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options and financing solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and dealership CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and dealership performance objectives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Nissan products, features, incentives, and competitive vehicles.
  • Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership in a positive manner at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Automotive Sales Experience required; BDC experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to learn and effectively present product knowledge.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
