• Work closely with team members to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
• Deliver a positive, helpful, and professional impression in every conversation

Qualifications:

• Previous sales, call center, or phone-based support experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficient with CRM tools and Google Workspace
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
