Athletic Trainer – Fort Worth, TX
Mobile Medical Corporation , a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), provides nationwide occupational medical and risk management solutions focused on workforce health, safety, and wellness.
We are seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer to support construction workers on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide injury prevention, evaluation, first aid, and rehabilitation services
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized wellness programs
- Educate workers on exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Collaborate with Safety Professionals to enhance employee wellness initiatives
- Analyze health and injury trends and recommend program improvements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Athletic Trainer or related experience
- ATC/LAT certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Experience in industrial or construction settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic/sports medicine injuries, body mechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Health coaching or nutrition counseling experience is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
- $31.00–$33.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday
