You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming check-in process while delivering personalized, high-touch service.

As the first point of contact, you will represent the Chase Sapphire Lounge brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating a smooth and elevated arrival experience for every guest.

Your Impact:

As a Front Desk Concierge, you will play a critical role in managing the guest check-in experience while maintaining exceptional service standards.

You will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest arrivals, managing the check-in process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify guest eligibility and access in accordance with lounge policies and procedures.
• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, creating a strong first impression.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs from arrival through departure.
• Provide clear directions, lounge information, and support for amenities and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk and check-in area.
• Collaborate with lounge, culinary, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest flow and satisfaction.
• Uphold the Chase Sapphire Lounge standards for luxury, comfort, and refined hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the full guest check-in process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
• Provide personalized guest services including directions, lounge orientation, and assistance with amenities.
• Answer questions and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lounge access policies, airline information, and airport facilities.
• Coordinate with team members to support guest requests and special accommodations.
• Monitor front desk flow to ensure wait times are minimized and guest experience remains seamless.
• Ensure the front desk and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions, safety briefings, and team meetings.
• Report any incidents, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on lounge needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 or more years of experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge services, or guest relations preferred.
• Strong experience with high-volume guest check-in or reception environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to manage guest flow efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with guest verification and access procedures.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
