What You'll Do (The Role):

1. Work alongside a Team Leader to provide a 5-star moving experience, including packing, wrapping, lifting, and safely loading/unloading customer belongings.
2. Treat customer homes and possessions with meticulous care, using professional techniques to protect floors, doorways, and furniture.
3. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude that contributes to our fun and energetic team environment.
4. Communicate clearly and respectfully with both your teammates and the customer throughout the move.
5. Help maintain clean, organized, and fully-equipped trucks and equipment.

The Must-Haves (Requirements):

1. Must be 18+ years of age.
2. Must be able to safely lift 75+ pounds consistently throughout the day.
3. Must be punctual and dependable.
4. Must be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check and drug screening.
5. Must have reliable transportation to and from our office in Round Rock.
