Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Consistent daytime hours
- Weekends off
- Support Payroll & HR teams (great growth opportunity!)
- Assist with invoicing and employee records
- Handle benefits follow-ups and HR documentation
- Run employee text/email communications
- Provide front desk support & keep the office running smoothly
- ✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
- ✅ Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- ✅ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- ✅ Office, HR, or payroll experience is a plus
- Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit)
